When we were in Kansas two weeks ago to surprise Oliver on his big 3-0, Maggie surprised each of us with a gift she had found just that week. It seems that a field project had taken her and a few of her engineer colleagues right past the OZ Winery - mental drunken engineers, pocket pencil protectors all askew... (The OZ Winery is located next door to the OZ Museum! Attractions like this guarantee future Kansas trips for Ribhard.) We opted for the red "Witch in a Ditch". We have not yet tried it to learn if it's up to Ribhard's boxed wine standards. We are letting it age right now, but we do SO enjoy these labels - and thought you might too!

I love getting all messed up and watching the Wizard of Ozz.... except the wicked witch still scares me a little to this day ... but when the good witch comes on I find myself strangely- but then the wicked witch comes back and ruins it... but then the good witch comes back and again I find myself strangely... this goes on this way for quite a while.
Ok, so I'm drinking the Ozlandia right now. As Rob would say, "It tastes like almost wine."
It is fruity and light; reminds me of well . . . Arbor Mist, not that I've ever had Arbor Mist.
So, for all the ladies out there who don't like wine that tastes like wine (read P-Lou) try the Ozlandia from the Oz Winery in Kansas.
If it's that good, you better not be drinking my Witch in a Ditch!
I have sampled Arbor Mist....picture your Kool-aid stand from the 3rd grade with just a breath of alcohol.
yea the good witch is very sexy....kinda like nurse ratched from cuckoo's nest... but not that hot........those flying monkeys still give me nightmares.....and you know that mayor of the munchkin city has some strangley arousing qualities if you look at him from just the right side.
