Todd & I have started to enjoy the wonderful world of BBQ-ing, since moving to NV. We have done the barn yard bird many ways, several types of steaks with all kinds of marinades. But you just can't beat the good ol' hamburger, especially when you give the burgers a little something extra...well, little isn't really the word.
Our perfect burger:
Meat with several spices and few dashes of hot sauce
Blue Cheese crumbles added 2 mins before taking off grill
Crispy bacon cooked on stove while meat is grilling
Onion rings that have been deep fried and placed in oven until needed
Lettuce & Tomatoes (no Heinz 57 or french fried potatoes) but with a big Kosher Pickle
and a cold draft beer (well it was a Corona w/lime is a bottle...close enough!)
Note: we had to flip the buns because the bottom bun could not support all that crap.
What's yall favorite grill food?

Sounds great!
If I could suggest something I learnt that does wonders to a burger:
1. during the ground beef stage - add in some Worst-i-shire sauce (fair amount) and some liquid smoke sauce (smaller amount) and add in about a half or 3/4 packet of lipton onion soup mix - then make the patty's. Now, I'm not a fan of onions, or onion soup - but it sure tastes great!
2. Also consider just slapping the bacon on the grill... it might flare up like a truck drivers hemorrhoids on a hot reno day so you sort of have to baby sit it but grilled bacon is mighty tasty.
That is a damn fine looking burger. I checked and I think it is all on my WW core program too!!!
mahi mahi with "the ginger people ginger sesame" marinade.
