Todd & I have started to enjoy the wonderful world of BBQ-
ing, since moving to NV. We have done the barn yard bird many ways, several types of steaks with all kinds of marinades. But you just can't beat the good
ol' hamburger, especially when you give the
burgers a little something extra...well, little isn't really the word.
Our perfect burger:
Meat with several spices and few dashes of hot sauce
Blue Cheese crumbles added 2
mins before taking off grill
Crispy bacon cooked on stove while meat is grilling
Onion rings that have been deep fried and placed in oven until needed
Lettuce & Tomatoes (no Heinz 57 or french fried potatoes) but with a big Kosher Pickle
and a cold draft beer (well it was a Corona w/lime is a bottle...close enough!)
Note: we had to flip the buns because the bottom bun could not support all that crap.
