Not much time left between now and my first Marathon. I wonder if it's a bad sign that after running 5 miles last night I'm having trouble walking this morning? Guess I'll know more when I run 20 miles on Sunday...hahaha (Shoot me!) Anyway it's sorta fun (torture actually) for me to do comparrisons.... so a marathon is 26.2 miles right ... so if you drove from Garden of the Gods to the Broadmore Hotel, and "then" up to the airforce academy that's 26.8 miles.... From Abbzugs house to Loveland, and then "back" to Abbzugs house is 26 miles... Abbzugs house to 1-25 and 66th avenue exit in Longmont is 28 miles... from the "Village" in Gulfport to Tampa airport is only 23.8 Miles so you'd need to add a few miles somewhere...

I don't even like to DRIVE to the tampa airport. I can't imagine running to the airport to pick someone up ...well, maybe if the plane was really late, and they only had a little carry-on luggage...
Oliver and Maggie ran a half marathon in Topeka a couple Saturdays ago - I think that's only far enough to get them halfway to KU in the nearby town of Lawrence.

and todd and steph could walk down and back and back again to the In and Out Burger in Reno for about 26 miles.
or rob and annie could drive to Larkspur for about 26 miles.
Oliver thought their* time might be 1 hr. 52 minutes. *They ran together.
so I guess maggie and ollie finished at the same time? Just wondering.
