who needs extra weight?

When I suit up with my trusty Steve and Barry back pack .... walk to the King Sooper down the street... load up with a regular weekly supply of cantaloupes, bananas, chicken wings, liver, cheese, avocado, Roma tomato, Frank's Hot Sauce, whole wheat bread (double fiber), rutabaga, green beans, turnips, cauliflower, and a 5 ltr box-o-wine (cause vines and steins is right next to the King Sooper).....and walk back home...and weigh....It has been determined that I was carrying an additional 43 lbs of food (and wine) stuff)...and that tires me out...so I am thinking if I lost 43 lbs I would feel a lot better and be able to carry more back pack items on my trips to the King...so when I go to Florida, I am going to exercise (walk every day with boan and boat), eat right, and walk some more in the evenings (over to boan and boats to drink wine for medicinal purposes)....and when I come back I am going to be leaner, have more energy, and be able to blog more.

This is too true. When I think about my weight and health, I often wonder how much more blogging I could do if I weighed less.

It is truly my main concern.

On a similar note - when I went shopping for bikes I noticed that if you wanted a bike that say weighed one (1) pound less - you might spend another $400 (for a lighter frame, lighter components, etc.,) - but then I thought - why not just lose a pound of body weight? to which the bike salesman responded "your bike would still weigh a pound more" - which instantly created what's called a "circular reference" in my head and I had to run out of the store because my nose started to bleed.

This normal?
