Yes I heard this is for drunk people... keeps them from sending emails when they really should be doing something else I guess.... almost like one of those breathing tubes you need to breath into prior to getting your car to start... maybe this blog should institute something similar - though I fear the postings would diminish considerably.
lets don't screw with any 1st ammendment rights...thats the one that says everyone can drink box wine and talk shit whenever they feel like it ..right?
